Douglas J. Alterman, DMD

Dr. Alterman is received his dental degree from The Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine.  Dr. Alterman graduated with honors and is still currently a member of the dental honor society Omicrom Kappa Upsilom (OKU). He has attended courses at The Las Vegas Insitute for Advanced Dental Studies , the Center for Esthetic Excellence in Chicago, ILL., the Eubank Teaching Center in Plano, TX , the L. D. Pankey Institue in Miami, Fl. and the Whitecap Implant Training Institute in Heber City , UT.  He continues to attend courses and remain active in advancing his knowledge and skills. Dr. Alterman is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and especially the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Alterman has been in private practice since 1988 and continues to attempt to mentor others interested in choosing dentistry as a carrer path.
