Doug is a shareholder and President of the firm. He has over twenty five years of experience providing tax services to businesses and individuals. His experience working with businesses includes formation planning, accounting method changes, reorganizations, acquisition and divestitures. He has serviced over the years industries ranging from, banking, manufacturing, construction, real estate, and private equity as well as others. His experience working with individuals includes high net worth families, executives of corporations, owners closely held businesses and private equity firms on a variety of issues relating to their personal financial needs including planning for; income taxes, wealth transfer, estate disposition, charitable funding and insurance needs.
