Dr. Arun K. Sharda

Dr. Sharda has been active in North Carolina since 1996, he has more than 31 years’ experience in clinical dentistry, at practices in England, Scotland, and the United States. He has assisted in research on a variety of dental topics, including cosmetic dentistry, oral cancer, and emergencies in dentistry. Dr. Sharda began his dental education at Birmingham University Dental School in Birmingham, England, where he earned Honors in Oral Surgery, Restorative and Preventative Dentistry. On graduation, he practiced at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in both Glasgow and Edinburgh, Scotland. In 1993 he went to earn his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA, where he was awarded Honors in Fixed/Removable Prosthodontics. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the North Carolina Dental Society, the Rockingham County Dental Society, and Tufts University Alumni.
