Dr. Hayes is a board-certified plastic surgeon. Dr. Hayes has joined Dr. Portuese, at the Seattle Facial Plastic Surgery Center, to offer comprehensive surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Dr. Hayes performs aesthetic procedures of the face, breast, and body. In Portland, Dr. Hayes performs not only cosmetic procedures like breast augmentation, but also has a reconstructive practice to care for medical conditions of the face, breast, body and hand.
