Dr. Carl Eli Rosen

Dr. Carl Eli Rosen is well-known for being Alaska’s only oribital and oculoplastic surgeon, as well as Alaska’s only neuro-ophthalmologist specialist. He completed his MD degree from Boston University in 1988 and is currently in practice at the Ophthalmic Associates. Dr. Rosen is also currently the President of the Alaska Ophthalmology Society.
