Dr. Crawford received his D.D.S from The LSU School of Dentistry in 1980. Dr. Crawford is a member of the Northwest Louisiana Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association and the American Dental Association. He is a member of the Ark La Tex Academy of Dentistry study group.
