Dr. Lance E. Slade

Dr. Lance Slade joined Primary Pediatrics in July 2004. He received his bachelors degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1997 and graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 2001. He completed his residency at the Mercer University School of Medicine in June 2004.
