Dr. Mark Chase FAGD, LVIF, FICCMO

Dr. Chase graduated from the University of the Pacific and began private practice in 1984. His practice provides a relaxed, caring atmosphere in a modern setting utilizing the latest in equipment and technology. He is one of the few dentists in Arizona trained in the use of sophisticated computerized instrumentation which aids in the accurate diagnosis and treatment of complex TMD pain disorders and obstructive sleep apnea.
