Dr. Richard Reynnolds

Dr. Richard Reynnolds completed a two-year fellowship training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Texas in Houston. He currently specializes in performing endoscopic surgery and cosmetic surgery procedures such as breast augmentation, face lift, liposuction, and rhinoplasty. Dr. Richard Reynnolds is currently in practice at the Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center of El Paso.
