Dr. Travis Crook is a member of the Texas Pediatric Society, Harris County Medical Society, and the Texas Medical Association. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX and is currently seeing patients at Centennial Pediatrics.
