Edward’s Steakhouse has upgraded their offerings to include premium 28 Day Dry Aged steak selections, sourced from the finest purveyors in the New York City area. A 20oz Kansas City bone in Sirloin, 24oz Porterhouse for one, 42oz Porterhouse for two as well as their 22oz “Cowboy” Ribeye & 32oz “Gotham” Ribeye are among their most popular offerings.
