Eric Logigian, M.D.
Director of the neuromuscular electrodiagnostic laboratory at URMC, and former unit chief for the neuromuscular division, Dr. Logigian has devoted his career to the diagnosis and treatment of patients with neuromuscular disease, particularly patients with focal and generalized neuropathies. As Professor of Neurology, and Program Director for the Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship, he also plays a major role in training Neurology residents and fellows in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with neuromuscular disease. His research interests have focused on development of electrodiagnostic techniques for patients with various focal and generalized neuropathies, on measurement of myotonia in myotonic myopathies, and on treatment of neurologic Lyme disease.
