Freda Dana

Freda is the Director of Operations at Sage and that basically means that she knows how to do everything. She is licensed in Property & Casualty and Life insurance and can also step in to fill the receptionist or bookkeepers job when they need her. A “jack-of-all-trades” is a fitting job description, but she does not fit the rest of the common phrase (master of none) because she has mastered them.
