He is distinguished by previous employment with the IRS as a revenue agent. This experience is coupled with substantial work representing clients before federal and state taxing authorities. Fred also performs audits of housing authorities and cooperatives and provides tax-efficient strategies for investments, retirement plans, gifting, student financial aid, and elder care.
