Garland Griffin Homes claims to have been a leader in the new home building business since 1997. The firm has some communities and home sites available throughout the Westside of Cleveland, Ohio but the clients are also given the option to build on their own lot. Since 1997, Garland Griffin Homes has created and built new homes for over 450 families.
