Gary Wörtz, MD

Dr. Wörtz is a board-certified ophthalmologist from Lexington, specializing in cataract and refractive surgery. Since completing his training in 2008, Dr. Wörtz has successfully performed thousands of cataract and laser procedures. Much of this surgical volume has been predicated on Dr. Wörtz’s commitment to partnering with optometrists through post-operative co-management. He is dedicated to bringing high quality care to all Kentuckians.
