Dr. Harold Friedman founded the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 1984 and has served as chief of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery since then. He has special interests in, Aesthetic Surgery, Breast Surgery and Body Contouring.
