After graduating from West Albany High School in 1988 and Oregon State University in 1992, Heather McGowan joined the Johnson McGowan & Associates firm in 1992, becoming a partner in 2002. Heather is now a partner in BC+S. She has more than 20 years of experience in the preparation of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporation, and trusts.
