Other specialties include Lymphatic Drainage, which targets specific issues such as allergies, migraines, edema, inflammation from injury or post surgery; increases your recovery, improves your immune system and over all energy levels. Another effective technique is Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) which is very gentle and releases restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system. She also practices prenatal or pregnancy massage to support Mother and baby through the pregnancy.
