Todd is a 1988 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a major in accounting; he received his Certificate in 1997. Todd has over 20 years of experience starting with Master Oil Company as their CFO, controller for SMG Oklahoma City and with Roger D. Cudd, CPA as a tax accountant.
