James is partner in charge of the Litigation Support, Economic Damages, and Contract Accounting practices for McGovern & Greene LLP, a forensic accounting and litigation services consulting firm with offices in Chicago, Illinois and Las Vegas, Nevada. He is a CPA, Certified in Financial Forensics and a Certified Valuation Analyst, also serving as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association in cases involving damages and complex financial issues.
