Jay D. Scott, DDS

Dr. Scott received his Bachelors Degree from Brigham Young University in Community Health Education. A graduate of the University of Southern California Dental School in May of 2004, Dr. Scott opened Mountain Top Dental/Urgent Dental Care in Provo, Utah, in February, 2005, and renamed the office Unison Dental in 2007. Dr. Scott, is a General Dentist and has extensive experience in Endodontics, Oral Surgery, and Cosmetic Dentistry.
