Jay W. Chrisman D.D.S.

Cosmetic dentist Jay W. Chrisman is one of less than 250 dentists in the world to have earned accreditation status from the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. This dedication to excellence has made Dr. Jay a popular cosmetic dentist among residents of Bloomington, Peoria, Champaign, and other communities in Illinois.
