Jennifer Bernard-Allen, CPA, MS

Jennifer’s career includes experience with the preparation of entity and individual tax returns for high net worth individuals. Her clients have included C corporations, consolidated C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, individuals, trusts, gifts, and estates in industries ranging from real estate developers to personal service firms to
hospitality and entertainment. Jennifer has worked directly with the owners of family-owned businesses and their
managers to navigate issues such as compensation plan analyses, the transition from C corporation to S corporation, quarterly financial statement analyses, and estimate planning. She has also provided federal and state tax credits and incentives services. Jennifer is a co-leader of the LaPorte Real Estate Industry Group and a member of the
LaPorte Professional Services Industry Group. She began her professional career in 2003.
