Joel Herman has been the director of Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams, Ltd since 1997. He has had manufacturers, distributors, retailers and various personal service corporations as his clients. He currently focuses his work on financial statement attestation and income tax compliance but he is also providing assistance in litigation, mergers, and acquisitions.
