Joel L. Shanklin, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Joel Shanklin is the founder of Coastal Empire Plastic Surgery and was also previously involved in the design and construction of the office and surgery center complex. He specializes in performing tummy tucks, thigh lifts, and buttock lifts. Dr. Shanklin is Board Certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
