John C. Hagan, M.D.

He was the founder of Midwest Eye Institute of Kansas City and is a board certified ophthalmologist, specializing in adult ophthalmology, including cataract consultation and second opinions. He has also previously served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He completed an ophthalmologic residency at Emory University after his honorable discharge.
