John is the Managing Principal with Barraclough & Associates, P.C. formed in 1985. John is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed by the State of New Mexico. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at New Mexico State University in 1966. John has had over forty-five years’ experience auditing businesses, financial institutions, nonprofit entities, state agencies, counties, municipalities, universities, and federal grant programs.
