John T. Lehr

Dr. John Lehr opened the retinal department at the Magruder Eye Institute in 1993, and helped it become one of the most respected departments in Central Florida. He is one of the few trained ROP Laser Specialists who treat the premature babies at the Arnold and Winnie Palmer Hospitals as well as the Florida Neonatal intensive care units. In addition he is also the Principal Investigator for four clinical trials involving macular degeneration and vascular diseases of the retina and vitreous.
