Jon Grudem, M.D.

Dr. Grudem is a board-certified neurologist. He joined CNOS after a neurology residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Dr. Grudem received his medical degree from the University of North Dakota, School of Medicine. He completed his Neurology residency and Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. His board certifications include Neurology (APBN), Clinical Neurophysiology (APBN and ABCN) and Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring (ABCN).
