Kate Cook, MD

Dr. Cook, received her medical degree with special distinction from The University of Oklahoma in 2004 and completed her pediatric residency at the OU Health Sciences Center. Dr. Cook has been practicing as a pediatric hospitalist since 2007 when she completed her residency.
