Kate attended the Cortiva Institute and rather quickly into the program became obsessed with the role myofascial structures play in the perpetuation of the muscular phenomenon of trigger points. When it comes to the intricacies of human anatomy, she’s exceptionally well-equipped to make sense of the story every person’s body tells in its tissue. And when she encounters something that doesn’t fit into her current working set of patterns, she obsesses over it until she figures out how it fits in.
