Kenneth W. Turley, M.D.

Dr. Kenneth Turley is widely recognized for having pioneered the refractive surgery procedure in Idaho in 1985. He graduated from the Texas Technical School of Medicine and proceeded to completing his residency at the University of Texas Southwestern at Dallas. Dr. Turley is currently in practice at the Idaho Eye and Laser Center.
