Dr. Kelly is board certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and had both his residency and fellowship at University of Michigan Hospitals and Health Center. Some of his expertise are, Abnormal EEG, Bells Palsy, Carotid Artery Dissection, Cerebrovascular Disease, Convulsions and Encephalitis.
