They had worked in the banking industry for several years developing a strong knowledge of what banking was all about. Over the years of working in local banks, they began to see a need to create a company expressly designed to handle mortgages. At that time they had 23 years of combined banking experience. In January of 1983 they created Kittredge Associates Incorporated. Together, they offer a service specialized in mortgage banking. Local banks could offer customers a mortgage, but they failed to offer clients a wide range of mortgage options.
