Kos Management is the present day management company that traces its roots to the late 1920’s with a partnership formed by Kos Hatcheries and Moski Corporation. Commercial properties, including office buildings, strip centers, warehousing, and other multi-use buildings have been added to our roster of properties over the past two decades. Some residential subdivisions include Premier Estate, Muirwood Manor, Bay Heights, The Acres, and our newest project of Willow Grove. They have built their company on integrity, exceptional service, and accessibility.
