KUAC TV & FM

KUAC is a non-commercial FM radio station in Fairbanks, broadcasting at 89.9 MHz. The station is operated by the University of Alaska Fairbanks. It debuted on October 2, 1962, originally at 104.7 MHz, as Alaska’s first non-commercial radio station, and second FM station (after KNIK in Anchorage).
