La Cantina

La Cantina is a far-from-traditional Tex-Mex restaurant launched in the Fall of 2016 as an excellent addition to the growing Downtown Opelika landscape. La Cantina is the first phase to open as part of the “Whistle Stop” venue, with other concepts currently under development that will be opened in the future. Their menu provides something for everyone – from traditional dishes to unique offerings and an ever-changing specialty menu – that will appeal to seasoned connoisseurs as well as those just venturing into new tastes. Whether it be for business or personal gatherings, La Cantina recognizes the importance of providing an atmosphere where exceptional food can be enjoyed, and each dining experience will be memorable in this venue constructed in the historic Creamery building just north of the rails.
