Lee County Historical Society
Lee County Historical Society, is a non-profit organization with several historic structures under our care, including the historic “Trade Center” building. Built in 1845, the brick building was also used as a Confederate armory during the Civil War and was refurbished as a general store with an upstairs residence. Their mission is to share the heritage and traditions of Lee County and preserve them for future generations to appreciate and understand.
