Leslie Zuniga, M.D.
Dr. Zuniga, is a fellowship-trained and board-certified neurologist. She completed her neurology and clinical neurophysiology (EMG) training at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona, where she served as chief resident. She is specially trained in electrodiagnostic testing including nerve conduction studies (NCS) and electromyography (EMG). She also interprets electroencephalography (EEG). Her clinical interests include neuromuscular diseases such as peripheral neuropathy, myasthenia gravis, and ALS. Dr. Zuniga is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine. She has presented at several national conferences and has numerous publications including a book chapter on peripheral neuropathy.
