Lydia Giusto

Beginning with massage therapy in 2004, Lydia studied at The Utah College of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City where emphasis was on learning from many types of therapies, anatomy and physiology and putting it all into practice with a great clinic. Lydia is dedicated to the original teachings of Dr. Ida Rolf and practices the ten session recipe as she taught it over 40 yrs ago.
