Marie Holliday, CPA, MBA

Marie is the Managing Director of Cover & Rossiter and head of the Corporate Tax practice. Since joining the firm in 1997, she has applied her extensive experience in tax research and corporate tax planning to assist many clients in addressing a wide variety of situations. Marie focuses on finding tax-advantaged ways to operate companies during the various stages of the business cycle to influence future business growth and development. Her diverse accounting history includes positions as a senior accountant at another local accounting firm, a staff accountant position with an accounting firm in Maine as well as operations manager at a nonprofit organization.
