Mark Plessman

Mark brings over 20 years’ experience to Central Wyoming Therapy, graduating from the University of North Dakota in 1995 with his Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy. He brings a wide array of experience from working in outpatient settings to acute hospital rehabilitation centers to work hardening. Mark has extension training and experience in manual therapies, including joint mobilizations, Myofascial Release, Strain-Counterstrain, and muscle energy techniques of the cervical and thoracic spine and ribs. Mark’s areas of expertise include rehabilitation of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, chronic headaches, neck, thoracic spine and ribs. Mark also specializes in aquatic therapy and migraine/tension headaches.
