Mark S. Milner, MD

Dr. Mark S. Milner is an eye surgeon in the Eye Center. He is a board certified ophthalmologist and had advance training in corneal medicine and surgery as well as external disease of the eye and uveitis. He finished his medical degree from the S.U.N.Y. Health Science Center. In addition, he is also a good researcher and this made him known through interviews and publications.
