Melissa Welch

Melissa began her insurance career in 1992 working with her father at Greenway Insurance Agency as the customer service representative. In 1998, she graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor degree in Business Management, concentration in Marketing. After college, Melissa worked for Travelers Insurance Company. In 1999, she went back to work at Greenway Insurance Agency as the personal lines manager.
