Michael J. Carunchio, Jr., MD

A graduate of the former St. Joseph’s College in Philadelphia, PA., Dr. Carunchio, completed his medical training at the former Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Carunchio completed a medical internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the Wilmington Medical Center in Wilmington, DE and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Following that, he completed a neurology residency at Thomas Jefferson. Dr. Carunchio joined Christiana Care Health System in 1981. He is a board-certified physician in Neurology and holds a medical license in Delaware. Dr. Carunchio is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the Medical Society of Delaware.
