The Missoula Butterfly House and Insectarium was founded in 2009 by a group of passionate bug enthusiasts eager to bring a butterfly house to Missoula. The Missoula Insectarium hosted over 100 field trips, packed their classroom for lectures featuring the latest research on a variety of incredible species, and welcomed nearly 15,000 visitors through their doors.
