Peter Lapinsky M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Peter Lapinsky joined Katzen Eye Group in 1984. As a board certified ophthalmologist and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Lapinsky serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Dr. Lapinsky is a well-respected ophthalmologist, specializing in refractive and laser vision correction procedures as well as cataract surgery. His experience in refractive surgery dates back to 1984, encompassing the surgical techniques for the correction of nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism. As a dedicated cataract surgeon, Dr. Lapinsky has continually refined the small incision Phacoemulsification procedure.
