Phyllis Cavens, MD

Dr. Phyllis Cavens is well-known for being the founder of the Child and Adolescent Clinic in 1978, and she is now the Medical Director there. She completed a Fellowship in Child Development at the Oregon Health and Science University, as well as a general pediatric fellowship at the American Academy of Pediatrics.
