Pizza Romana
All of their dough is fermented for 24 hours in the traditional Roman style. They then hand-stretch and bake all their pizzas in authentic Italian wood-fired ovens. They use produce from the farmer’s market and their own downtown garden, organic and pesticide-free whenever possible, meats raised in a humane manner and without the use of antibiotics.
